On February 10, the earthly quest for accountability for my son, Ivean Williams, was obstructed by a calculated systemic failure. While the judiciary dropped all first-degree murder charges through nolle prosequi—claiming an absent witness—the truth is far more sinister. The state held a secondary witness in custody, intentionally withholding them until the proceedings had concluded. This breakdown in the judiciary is not merely a record of grief; it is the official summons to our higher mission.
